The Brașov County Council has approved the Winter Action Plan for 2026-2027 to ensure road viability during winter. Snow removal will be managed by SC Miracons SRL and SC Geiger Brașov SRL. Nine road sectors, totaling 49.939 km, will be closed due to low traffic. Local authorities will maintain 23.203 km of roads within municipalities, while the county will handle 528.485 km of other roads. Preparatory measures include installing snow barriers and ensuring proper road signage. Mobile snow barriers will be placed on specific road segments to prevent snow accumulation.
