Two young entrepreneurs from Iași, Raluca and Mihai Petrilă, opened their gelateria, Cosi Buono, in 2025, inspired by authentic Italian gelato. They focus on artisanal ice cream made from natural ingredients, constantly experimenting with new flavors. Their unique approach includes a rotating menu and a commitment to freshness, using local produce when possible. The couple has successfully attracted a loyal customer base and even orders from other cities. They also offer a variety of desserts and beverages, and their team consists of five members. Currently, they are nearing profitability after a successful first full season.
