The National Meteorological Administration has issued weather alerts for heavy rain, snow, and strong winds from November 1 to 4. Significant precipitation is expected in Oltenia and the western Southern Carpathians, reaching up to 70 l/m². Rainfall will be moderate in Oltenia, Muntenia, and Dobrogea, with totals of 30-50 l/m². Above 1,700 meters, snow accumulation of 10-30 cm is anticipated. Wind gusts may reach 60-80 km/h in mountainous areas. A yellow alert for significant rainfall is in effect for several counties, while a more severe orange alert is issued for the western Southern Carpathians and submontane Oltenia, predicting 50-70 l/m² of precipitation.
