The Ministry of Finance will launch a new edition of the FIDELIS program from November 6 to 13, 2026, offering non-taxable interest rates of up to 7.75% in RON and 6.60% in EUR. Blood donors will receive special rates and can invest smaller amounts starting from 500 RON or 100 EUR. Eligible individuals over 18 can subscribe through partner banks. The program continues to support blood donation initiatives, providing favorable conditions for donors. Special tranches with higher interest rates are available for blood donors, along with reduced minimum subscription thresholds. FIDELIS bonds can be sold before maturity, and the income is tax-free.
