Romania experienced significant seismic activity overnight, with four earthquakes recorded in the Vrancea region, ranging from magnitudes 2.1 to 3.6 on the Richter scale. The first quake occurred at 00:46:24 with a magnitude of 3.0 at a depth of 69.9 km. The second quake, stronger at 3.6, struck at 01:35:30 at a depth of 124.4 km. A third quake of magnitude 2.1 followed at 02:26:26, and the last one registered at 06:33:38 with a magnitude of 2.5 at a depth of 144.4 km.
