The building at 10 Kiseleff Street, known as Toma Stelian House, has a rich history tied to Romanian politics and culture. Originally a residence for prominent liberal politician Toma Stelian, it later served as the headquarters for the Writers' Union and a dormitory. Today, it houses the PSD party, where significant political decisions were made. The garden features a koi pond, home to over 80 koi fish, adding a serene contrast to the political activities inside. Koi fish, known for their longevity and beauty, thrive in the pond, symbolizing a peaceful coexistence with the bustling political environment nearby.
