High school students from Gheorghe Lazăr National College in Sibiu participated in career orientation workshops during the Altfel Week, aimed at connecting them with professionals. The Career Rookies project, initiated by students Voicu-Andrei Tomescu and Ilinca Tomescu, addresses the challenges students face in choosing careers due to a lack of practical information. The workshops feature alumni and professionals from various fields, allowing students to ask questions and gain insights into different careers. So far, eight workshops have been held, with over 900 participants. The project aims to create a sustainable methodology for future students to continue these initiatives.
