Two neighbors in the U.S. created a Halloween decoration that looked like their homes were on fire, causing panic and a call to firefighters. The realistic effect was achieved using lights and a moving sheet to simulate flames. Emergency crews arrived only to find it was a Halloween prank. This incident follows a similar one last year in Tennessee, where a decoration made it appear someone was trapped under a garage door, leading to another false alarm. Halloween, celebrated on October 31, has Celtic origins and is associated with the thinning boundary between the living and the spirit world.
