Two young anglers from Nijmegen, Netherlands, caught the biggest perch of their lives while fishing on the Waal River. Floris Verstegen and Tygo Berkelaar were surprised by their impressive catch during their autumn vacation. On October 19, they reeled in a perch measuring 51 centimeters and weighing 2.9 kilograms, which they consider a record catch. They described it as the "fish of their lives," marking a memorable moment in their fishing experiences.
