The National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management issued an orange flood warning for three rivers in Oltenia and Banat, effective Sunday and Monday. Significant water flow is expected from November 1 to 2, with rapid increases in river levels and flows in specific areas. Additionally, a yellow flood warning will be in effect for several other rivers during the same period. Important hydrological phenomena are anticipated across various regions, including the Cerna and Danube rivers, with specific attention to their tributaries.
