The situation at Poland's Constitutional Tribunal has deteriorated, with two factions issuing conflicting orders, leading to administrative chaos. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, claiming leadership, suspended most staff while restricting access to the building. In contrast, legitimate president Bogdan Święczkowski declared days off for employees, asserting Korwin-Piotrowska's orders lack legal effect. This conflict has resulted in staff receiving contradictory instructions, severely disrupting daily operations. Tensions are expected to rise further with a scheduled General Assembly on November 3, which Święczkowski declared a non-working day. The crisis began when Parliament appointed judges, with only three recognized by the president, leading to accusations of a power grab by the ruling party.
