A total of 372 million parcels were transported, with a significant rise in the use of automated lockers, which expanded by 28%. Despite revenue growth, the sector saw a 9% decrease in employees, largely due to changes in the national postal company. Complaints rose by 6%, with many resulting in compensation. Traditional mail volumes continued to decline, with revenues also decreasing slightly.
