The Rabla Auto 2026 program will reopen on November 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM, allowing applicants to exchange old cars for eco-tickets. A budget of 35.4 million lei has been allocated, with eco-ticket values ranging from 10,000 to 18,500 lei depending on the vehicle type. Applicants must submit requests through the AFM platform and must scrap a vehicle older than eight years. Only requests downloaded after the opening time will be accepted, and the session will close on December 31, 2026, or earlier if funds run out.
