The ambassadors of Poland to Bucharest and Beijing resigned due to a constitutional court dispute in Warsaw. Pawel Soloch and Jakub Kumoch cited the illegal takeover attempt of the Constitutional Tribunal as their reason for stepping down. Both diplomats had previously served under President Andrzej Duda and were aligned with the ruling Law and Justice Party. The political crisis escalated after police entered the Constitutional Tribunal's premises, leading to the suspension of its president. President Karol Nawrocki returned to Warsaw to address the situation, calling it a threat to national security and initiating urgent consultations with parliamentary parties.
