Rainfall may reach 70 liters per square meter, with snow accumulation of up to 30 centimeters in mountainous areas. Wind gusts could reach 80 km/h on mountain peaks. From October 31 to November 2, moderate precipitation is expected in Oltenia, Transylvania, and Muntenia, with isolated areas exceeding 30 liters. In the mountains, snow will accumulate at higher altitudes. Alerts for heavy rain and snow are also in effect for specific counties, with significant rainfall expected in southern regions until mid-next week. Bucharest will experience rain and temperatures below seasonal averages.
