The rehabilitation of Neurology and Radiology at Sibiu County Emergency Clinical Hospital has been funded through European and national funds, as well as local budget resources. The hospital now offers stroke treatment, including interventional neuroradiology, making it one of the few centers in Romania with such capabilities. Investments have focused on upgrading the Neurology Clinic and Radiology Department, and establishing an Interventional Neuroradiology Unit equipped with advanced medical technology. Daniela Cîmpean highlighted that the latest project, worth 24.8 million lei, includes the purchase of a second angiograph, an MRI machine, and an AI-based information system.
