Police are investigating an incident involving a man who fired an airsoft gun near Prime Minister Luca Niculescu's residence. The man, identified as a business owner, reportedly used the gun to scare away pigeons. Witnesses reported the activity, leading to police intervention. The man claimed he purchased the airsoft gun in August 2025 and used it only twice for this purpose. Although the weapon did not require authorization, he was fined for disturbing public order. The case came to light after a woman reported seeing him shooting in the summer and September.
