The Romanian Constitutional Court will host a meeting of the ACCF Bureau and a session on "The Information Society and Constitutional Democracy" next Friday. The Court currently holds the ACCF presidency for 2025-2028, marking its third European constitutional jurisdiction leadership. The events will take place at the Palace of the Parliament, gathering representatives from ten countries to discuss the impact of technology on constitutional democracy. The ACCF, founded in 1997, promotes dialogue on constitutional justice and democracy among its 50 member courts worldwide. Romania's Court has been involved with the ACCF since 1998 and served as vice-president from 2022 to 2025.
