Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is open to meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin to discuss territorial issues and seek an end to the war. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that this meeting could bring new momentum to negotiations. The Nordic leaders conveyed Ukraine's request for a ceasefire and a potential meeting between Zelensky and Putin. Sybiha emphasized that the location of the meeting is less important, as long as it is not in Moscow or Belarus. He expressed hope for continued communication with Putin and noted that trilateral negotiations involving Ukraine, the US, and Russia will proceed in November. However, he mentioned that there are currently no signs of Russia's serious intentions to end the conflict diplomatically.
