Blood donors will receive favorable subscription conditions. Individuals over 18 can subscribe through partner banks, with bonds listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. This edition supports blood donation through the campaign "Romania has rocker blood," providing special rates for donors. The bonds offer various attractive, tax-free interest rates and reduced minimum subscription thresholds for donors. Investors can also sell bonds before maturity and enjoy tax exemptions on earnings.
