The XI edition will run from November 6 to 13, with rates up to 7.75% in lei and 6.60% in euros. Eligible investors include Romanians over 18, both domestically and abroad, who can subscribe through partner banks. Special conditions apply for blood donors, including lower minimum subscription thresholds and higher interest rates. The bonds are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and provide a tax-free income. Investors can sell their bonds before maturity, receiving interest based on the holding period.
