The Rabla program for individuals will restart on November 3 with a budget of 35.4 million lei. Environment Minister Natalia Intotero confirmed that the funds come from unclaimed financing by previous beneficiaries. The new ecoticket values include 18,500 lei for electric cars and 15,000 lei for plug-in hybrids. Diesel vehicles will not be financed, and the current session follows guidelines set by the previous administration. Starting in 2027, the program will prioritize cars produced in the European Union.
