The Ministry of Economy is revising the SME Eco-Tech program to enhance funding access for SMEs. Companies whose applications were initially rejected can reapply within the same session. Funding is now also available for activities under secondary CAEN codes, provided they meet the age criteria. The new applications will be evaluated on a first-come, first-served basis, and the program aims to support green and digital transformation investments. The registration deadline is December 30, 2026, and the total budget is 288.84 million lei, funded by the Swiss contribution to Romania.
