Five individuals suspected of involvement in a multi-million euro jewelry heist at the TEFAF art fair in Maastricht in 2022 have been added to the EU Most Wanted list. The suspects, four men and one woman of Serbian nationality, are being sought by Dutch authorities, who are offering a €20,000 reward for information leading to their arrest. The robbery occurred during the fair on June 28, 2022, where the suspects allegedly used violence to access valuable jewelry displays. Investigations have recovered three stolen diamonds, with ongoing efforts to locate the suspects and other stolen items. Europol is assisting in the international investigation, which has revealed a possible link to a previous attempted robbery at the same fair in 2020.
