The Ministry of Agriculture announced that over 589 million euros have been transferred to farmers and agricultural beneficiaries. Payments were made through APIA and AFIR, covering direct payments and funding for investments. This week alone, transfers exceeded 300 million euros. The funds include direct payments from the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and non-reimbursable funds for farms in natural constraint areas. Minister Florin Barbu emphasized the importance of maintaining a steady flow of financing for agricultural operations and farm stability. The majority of the funds were transferred via APIA, with significant amounts also allocated for renewable energy investments.
