The Ministry of Finance has proposed a new emergency ordinance aimed at supporting thermal energy supply for the winter season 2026-2027. Key measures include the elimination of the national logistics tax on parcels from outside the EU, postponement of QR codes on fiscal receipts, new rules for selling confiscated goods, and an extension for funding teaching support cards. The national logistics tax, known as the 'Temu tax', will be removed starting November 1, 2026, to align with EU regulations. The QR code requirement for receipts has been delayed until October 31, 2027, to allow for necessary implementation steps. Additionally, the ordinance facilitates quicker sale of confiscated goods through online platforms and extends the funding deadline for teaching support cards to December 31, 2026.
