The Supreme Court's prosecutor has submitted a plea agreement for a Russian citizen charged with multiple counts of forgery and instigation to commit fraud. The individual attempted to obtain Romanian citizenship documents using counterfeit certificates. He was found to have submitted these documents through unidentified intermediaries while not being present in Romania. As a result, he received a sentence of 1 year and 4 months in prison, suspended for 2 years of supervision.
