The Bulgarian Navy is attempting to fully sink the partially submerged cargo ship Khoryv, which was attacked by a drone near Constanța. After drifting for several days, the vessel reached the Bulgarian coast, posing a navigation hazard. The ship, measuring 120 meters, was attacked on October 23 and has been monitored by Bulgarian authorities. The rear of the ship is on the seabed, while part of the bow remains above water. The operation to sink the ship is complicated by its sturdy structure and adverse weather conditions. Bulgarian authorities are also monitoring water quality near the wreck for potential pollution. The Khoryv was carrying ferrous materials and had a crew of 13 when it was attacked, resulting in one death and three missing.
