The heating supply in Timișoara may face challenges without government intervention, warns Cristian Amza, the special administrator of Colterm. Despite having sufficient coal and gas stocks, high market prices and limited availability of excess gas are concerning. Colterm is considering scenarios to reduce thermal agent supply or temperature. Currently, thermal energy is produced by CET Centru, which operates solely on gas.
