Mario Alexandru Fojică, a 17-year-old student sentenced to 15 years for murdering a 14-year-old girl, attempted suicide twice in prison. Initially, he hanged himself but was saved by prison staff. After being isolated for safety, he tried to cut his throat with a shard of glass. Following these incidents, he became a problematic inmate, involved in violence and altercations with other prisoners. Eventually, he was transferred to a different facility, where he continues to receive family visits and work for a multinational company.
