The Kremlin has ruled out European participation in the upcoming negotiations regarding the Ukraine war, scheduled for November in Abu Dhabi. Yuri Ushakov, a Kremlin advisor, stated that only Russia, Ukraine, and the USA will be involved in the talks. He mentioned that Europeans could attend if they purchase tickets, but they will not be invited to the negotiation table. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has consistently advocated for European allies' involvement in the negotiations, especially after tensions with former President Donald Trump. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov noted that Europe has not offered anything new in recent discussions with President Putin.
