In 2024, 217 families will move into newly consolidated apartments in Bucharest, with ongoing seismic upgrades to their old buildings. The first residents will return to a building on Biserica Enei Street, with renovations nearing completion. Another historic building on Blănari Street will also be ready by the end of January. Additional buildings are set for completion in 2027, while seven more are under renovation. The municipality plans to start consolidating around 20 more buildings next year using non-reimbursable funds.
