This is outlined in the emergency ordinance draft regarding the budget rectification published by the Ministry of Finance. The reduction in revenues is attributed to lower current income and increased state subsidies. Additionally, expenditures related to the public pension system will also see a decrease, affecting personnel costs and services. However, social assistance spending will increase to support pension rights, with a noted decrease in the surplus for work accident insurance.
