Leaders of five national trade union confederations have requested meetings with Prime Minister Luca Niculescu and PSD President Sorin Grindeanu to discuss their views on the new government's program. They emphasize the importance of workers' voices in shaping policies that affect salaries and working conditions. The unions also seek to convene the National Tripartite Council for Social Dialogue to discuss the government's measures and the minimum wage for 2027. They stress that real social dialogue is crucial for sustainable economic and social policies. The request is directed at both Grindeanu and the 11 social-democratic ministers in the Cabinet.
