Romanian wheat prices have decreased recently but remain competitive compared to major European exporters. Despite a drop to between 228 and 239 euros per ton, Romania's prices are still higher than those in Germany, Poland, and France. The decline is attributed to international supply pressures, particularly from Russia and Ukraine. Experts predict limited price recovery due to ample stock availability. Romania has exported around 5 million tons of wheat this season, with an additional 4 million tons available for export, maintaining a favorable position in the market.
