Carlyle and EBRD have agreed to sell Black Sea Oil & Gas to Mazarine Energy, pending regulatory approvals. BSOG is Romania's largest offshore gas producer, having invested over $400 million in the Midia Gas Development Project. Mazarine Energy aims to continue BSOG's operations and enhance energy security in Romania.
