Sibiu's City Hall has begun decorating public spaces for the winter holidays, preparing for the Christmas Market opening on November 13. This year, the municipality is also hosting the second edition of the "Sibiu, City of Tales" contest, inviting residents and businesses to enhance the festive atmosphere by decorating buildings. The contest is open to individuals and legal entities, including hotels, restaurants, and educational institutions, with registrations starting on November 13 and ending on December 2. Participants can submit photos of their decorations in six categories. Public voting will take place from December 3 to 14, influencing 70% of the final ranking, while a jury will award a special prize. Winners will be announced on December 17 at the Christmas Market.
