Negotiations will involve only Russia, Ukraine, and the USA, with no invitations extended to European representatives. Russian officials have indicated that Europe has not presented any new proposals in recent discussions. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed a desire for European allies to be involved in the negotiation process. The meeting in Abu Dhabi is expected to be scheduled soon, with Moscow suggesting the second week of November, while Kyiv prefers a later date after the US elections.
