Personal items belonging to George Michael and his former assistant Siobhan Bailey are being auctioned amid family disputes. Siobhan's brother claims she would not have wanted her belongings sold and requests the auction house not to use her name for promotion. The auction includes 32 items, notably Michael's acoustic guitar from the 'Faith' music video, valued between £60,000 and £120,000. Siobhan passed away in 2014 without a will, leaving her estate to her estranged husband, Ian Belcher. Her brother acknowledges Belcher's legal rights but argues that the auction is unethical. He believes the items should remain in the family, reflecting Siobhan's protective role in Michael's life.
