The Planorama blocks, unfinished for nearly 20 years due to a major real estate bankruptcy, are set to be completed soon. After the 2008 crisis, only one of the three planned buildings was occupied, with owners funding the remaining work. Longshield Investment, which acquired the unfinished blocks, is now seeking construction permits to resume work. The initial plan included 1,052 apartments, but progress halted significantly. Recent legal disputes over property rights have been resolved, paving the way for construction to restart. The next insolvency hearing for the original developer is scheduled for February 2027.
