Bucharest's main boulevards will be adorned with 6 million Christmas lights this winter, as announced by the city hall. The installation of decorations began recently, utilizing existing equipment. The festive lights will include various designs and will be set up at night to minimize traffic disruption. The lights will be officially turned on on November 27, coinciding with the Christmas Market opening, and will remain lit until January after the Feast of Saint John the Baptist.
