NEPI Rockcastle has launched its second photovoltaic park in Ariceștii Rahtivani, Prahova, with a capacity of 56.2 MW, part of a larger green energy investment program. The project, costing around 35 million euros, includes over 90,000 bifacial solar panels and aims to produce approximately 73,000 MWh annually, enough to power over 40,000 households. The company plans to install energy storage systems at both parks, enhancing its renewable energy leadership in the retail real estate sector. Despite technical challenges, the project was authorized and energized within a year, demonstrating its potential for success.
