Mecanica Ceahlău has sold its property in Piatra Neamț, consisting of land and buildings, for €1,446,016 plus VAT. The sale was executed through a purchase agreement. A bidding process was planned but did not succeed, leading to the acceptance of the initial offer from ADF PROD S.R.L. Evergent Investments holds the majority stake in Mecanica Ceahlău.
