Alexandru Rogobete, the Minister of Health, criticized the former leadership of the National Health Insurance House (CNAS) for causing a significant crisis in national health programs. He highlighted that, for the first time in a decade, CNAS ended 2025 without debts to pharmacies and suppliers, although debts began accumulating in March. Rogobete called for a financial audit at CNAS to identify administrative errors and ensure patient access to medications. He also expressed his conflicts with former Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, accusing him of lacking vision and understanding of the healthcare system, particularly regarding proposed budget cuts.
