Argentina is poised to set a corn export record in the 2025/2026 season due to logistical challenges in Ukraine and reduced shipments from Brazil. The country's exports could reach 34.2 million tons, surpassing the previous record of 32.5 million tons from 2020/2021. Recent months have seen an acceleration in deliveries, with October exports projected at 3.9 million tons, significantly above historical averages. Ukraine's export difficulties and Brazil's declining corn exports are creating opportunities for Argentina to strengthen its position in the global grain market. Additionally, U.S. domestic demand is limiting corn availability for export, further benefiting Argentine producers.
