Ukrainian President Zelensky has consistently advocated for European allies' involvement in negotiations. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov noted that Europe has not presented new proposals. Ushakov mentioned that the meeting date will be announced soon, with Moscow suggesting the second week of November, while Kyiv prefers a delay until after the US elections.
