The Alliance for the Union of Romanians (AUR) plans to submit a motion of censure against the Government if it again resorts to the procedure of assuming responsibility in Parliament. If this procedure is not undertaken, AUR will initiate the motion at the end of the current parliamentary session, as stated by AUR's Senate leader, Petrișor Peiu. He emphasized that any assumption of responsibility will be met with a censure motion, especially given the recent government actions. AUR will continue its opposition activities regardless of other parties' decisions regarding support for this initiative. The motion will be filed immediately if the Government engages in responsibility assumption, particularly on public interest issues raised by PSD, or at the end of the session otherwise.
