Authorities dismantled a drug trafficking network in Bucharest, consisting of two organized crime groups. Investigators conducted 11 searches in Bucharest and Ilfov County, targeting individuals involved in drug-related crimes. The groups were reportedly formed in July 2025, aiming to profit from the sale of psychoactive substances. A woman led one group, overseeing the procurement and distribution of drugs, while a man in prison coordinated the second group. Hundreds of doses of psychoactive products were seized during the investigation.
