NEPI Rockcastle has launched its second photovoltaic park in Ariceștii Rahtivani, Prahova, with a capacity of 56.2 MW, following a previous project in Chișineu-Criș. The investment is estimated at around 35 million euros. Plans include two energy storage systems with a total capacity of 300 MWh. The initiative began in 2021 when solar panel costs became economically viable. Despite technical challenges, the project was authorized and energized within a year, showing promising energy performance.
