Farmers interested in accessing up to €50,000 in EU funds through the DR-14 program must act quickly, as the application deadline is October 31, 2026. As of October 28, 1,481 projects have been submitted, requesting around €69.63 million. The total allocation for DR-14 is €108 million, with support covering up to 85% of eligible expenses. Currently, three components of the program remain open, with a combined allocation of €90 million. The highest interest is in the agricultural sector component, followed by livestock and vegetable production. However, funds for the simple purchases component have been exhausted ahead of schedule. Farmers must submit their projects via the AFIR system before the deadline, ensuring compliance with the guidelines.
